Company Overview

DotSport  seeks to run the  .sport generic Top Level Domain, for the benefit of the sport community: sport clubs, sport event sponsors, supporter clubs, federations, etc.  The goal is to provide a mean for showing the  belonging to a clearly identifiable community, which shares common values throughout the world.

Those common values can be found in the Olympism movement. They are excellence, friendship and respect. Those values can help overcome political and cultural differences, as well as teaching respect for oneself and others.  Based on this, the .sport registry will redistribute its profits to highly visible and professional development projects using sport as a vehicle to foster peace, understanding and public health among the less favoured communities around the world.

With 1.4 billion people on all sides of the planet using the word “sport” in their everyday conversation, this is the largest identifiable community to share common values.
